Founded in 2001, Hogan Appraisal has grown through the years from a one-appraiser, residential appraisal firm to a full-service organization providing outstanding appraisal and consulting services to our clients. Providing accurate, timely appraisals and attentive and one-on-one customer service is a hallmark of Hogan Appraisal's business philosophy. 

Meet the Owner

Barrie M. Hogan, Owner

Barrie Hogan has been an owner since Hogan Appraisal's inception in 2001. She helped develop the quality control and business development mechanisms before earning her own real estate appraiser's license.  Through the years she developed her appraisal skills by assisting former staff appraisers and peers on appraisals of a variety of property types and purposes. As a fully licensed Certified Residential Appraiser, she brings a breadth of experience to each appraisal assignment. Barrie is actively working on upgrading to Certified General Appraiser, completing her additional appraisal education requirements and being supervised by qualified Certified General Appraiser peers as needed.
